Call for national project – 4th January 2016 - "Street art" or "urban Art"

This cultural travel and artistic wish to highlight and set the scene a free speech of women of New Caledonia, in form of words, phrases and symbols…

 

Artistic support welcoming those speech are various: braiding, sewing, painting … Women from New Caledonia speeches mingle with traditional knowledge and artistic knowing’s. Those speeches honour the land, country, universe, beings …  

 

 

Those panels envelop coconut tree, symbol of woman in Oceania and in the South Pacific. They represent a kind of gangue protecting the coconut tree, the woman and reveal his essence by words and speeches.
